We realise that sometimes products can have gremlins and other times a product is ordered which isn’t the exact right product. If you’re not 100% happy with your product then just give us a call and we’ll be happy to help out wherever possible to exchange it. Submit your return request here.
Very occasionally something is wrong with your product and it's something that we try our utmost to avoid. If you find yourself with a product that has a fault or was damaged during delivery please contact us immediately so that we can resolve it ASAP, in this case we will send our couriers (at our cost) to collect the item from you and once we receive it please allow two weeks for us to find a resolution. We’ll be in constant contact with you to keep you updated. If this product can be fixed then we’ll get it working perfectly and send it back to you via courier but if the product cannot be fixed then we will send you a new product as a replacement provided the warranty is approved.
In the case that you order something which you discover to be a mistake then we’re happy to take it back from you but will kindly ask for you to cover the courier cost of the collection this will be the same as the shipping rate calculated during checkout). In order for us to do this we need the items to be in perfect unused condition. We cannot allow returns on worn, damaged or otherwise in a non resellable condition.
What if you somehow break the item which you’ve purchased? Contact us and we’ll see if we can fix if for you.
